What was the highlight of Airport Ace Hotel

good for a quick stay, good location, excellent staff.

The staff was really helpful. The hotel was flexible with check-in/check-out times. The receptionist offered help with booking taxi services. Relatively close to the airport which makes walking to the airport possible. Payment with a credit card was no issue.

Food was really good yummy thanks to chef and all the staff.

First room they gave us was not up to our expectations,it was dirty n bad smell so we complained and they changed our room but the staff were so nice.

Hotel owner stays in overseas and rely on his manager to operate hotel, owner should talk to manager

Location, it's closer to airport. I parked my car for 11 days to travel to Australia for my holiday, came back and saw my car was safe.

Broken bed with bed bugs, cockroaches in room, toilet floor always filled with overflow water from Han basin. Reported to hotel manager, was told they will look into my complains

The stay met our need to be in close proximity to the Nadi international airport for an early morning flight departure.

Location as it’s close to Nadi International Airport.

Our room (109) had small cockroaches and a frog. The furniture requires repair. For 3 adults the room is very very small to move freely. Overall the room was clean.

Room was fine Location is very close to nadi International Airport Staff is friendly and helpful

The food at hotel restaurant was pathetic. Bought 1 serve chicken and chips...and chicken stir fry.. Fried chicken coating was pathetic and so spicy and giving burnt taste. Chicken stir fry rarely had pieces of chicken just 95% veggies. The menu was not worth the price fj18 by 2 serve. Paid $36 but useless..

Comfortable and Clean

Comfortable and clean, friendly staff too. Great for short stay during transits.

The road to the hotel was terrible, thought I was gonna burst my tyres. Hard to find too!

Great location away from noise and great place for a privacy time. Very good staff.

Clean room with TV (wish sky or fox), Microwave and fridge and good bed. Telephone and great staff. Water heater good.

Needs at least two towels for a person booking. For evening shower and morning wash. Needs face towel and more than one soap. A shampoo or two will add value. Slippery floor towel as tiled bathroom slippery and is dangerous if one falls. Need a properly covered bar/restaurant at least a part to shelter from rain and privacy from the road.

You didn’t get wifi in your room which Booking.com said you did and even though the pool was clean the tables outside which you sat at were dusty and dirty

I'd recommend staying at a different place if you have the money.

The staff was friendly and helpful, informing me about how much it would cost to get to my destination if the taxi would not use a meter.

I had no hot water, and had trouble with the drain. The bed had sand or something similar on the sheets, and I had to brush it off. The walls were so thin that I could here people talking and snoring, and had trouble sleeping. Wifi was only available in the reception area, and it was weak too.

A refund and to educate your employees on how to do there job properly.

I booked a room for a friend and paid for the room online. My friend arrived and was told to pay again. Receptionist said it wasnt paid for so he paid $109 FJD.

Very disappointing even if only for one night- will go to another place next time

staff is very welcoming and friendly

the room smells moud, the towels were durty, the bathroom had no light and the location is lost. No catering possible onsite, and no wifi in the bedroom.

Great

It was a quick ride from the airport. It’s very basic but great for a one night stay. The staff were super friendly and the facilities were good.

The shower wasn’t poroperly cleaned as it had hair in it (that wasn’t ours).

Signage that tells you exactly where the hotel is located, got in late...had to walk from the main road to the hotel, no street lights, plus there were no bath mats and extra warm blankets...

I made a booking for a guest we were sponsoring for an event in Suva. This booking was 100 % prepaid and non refundable. When he arrived, he was told that the room booked through booking.com was not available and he had to pay. This is unacceptable, as the guest had to pay himself. Disappointing experience with this hotel

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
